Why do I need to prove my identity?

In order for us to ensure that we comply with the relevant legal requirements, we may request the submission of supporting documentation to prove your identity. If we are unable to confirm your identity, this may affect our ability to provide a credit agreement which may lead to the cancellation of your policy.

You can provide either of the following:

  • A copy of an Irish driving licence.
  • A copy of the photo page of your Passport (Irish or international)

The ID provided must belong to the agreement/policy holder.
