If you need an extension outside of the 5 working days or you are requesting support due to personal circumstances which have led you to experience financial difficulties, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to provide assistance.

If you wish to talk about financial difficulty, the first step is to contact us as soon as possible, as we able to support you in relation to your credit agreement with us.

It is important that you try not to miss any payments as this will lead to your account going into arrears. We have to report a missed repayment to the Central Credit Register, a database which can be accessed to view your credit report (found at centralcreditregister.ie) which may negatively affect your ability to get a loan in the future.
